WITHOUT A CONFIRMED PRE-WEDDING/WEDDING DATE, CAN I CONFIRM YOUR PACKAGE FIRST?

Of course, you can. Our rates are revised yearly, so booking early to enjoy the current package pricing is good. Once booked, you are protected against any price inflation even if your wedding is in the following year.

WHAT DOES YOUR PRICING OF THE GOWN INCLUDE?

Prices include 1-2 rounds of fittings that deem necessary, dry cleaning, and the option to view new collections and change your gown design (1-2 months before your pre-wedding/actual day wedding date).

WHY IS A 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN I WILL ONLY REQUIRE YOUR SERVICE MUCH LATER?

Upon payment of a deposit, we will soft-book the gown(s) of your choice for your pre-wedding/wedding date. This prevents other brides from booking the same gown(s) in the same period. You may change your soft-booking if you see a new gown you prefer in our new collections.

The deposit is also used to secure your photographer and/or make up artist for your date (if applicable).

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER MAKING THE DEPOSIT?

All payments by the customer are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR GOWNS?

Our gowns range from size 4 to 18, but it varies by style. During your appointment, our designer will assist you with the sizing selection. Alternatively, you can check the catalogue for the sizing options for the gowns you’re interested in.

HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE GOWN(S) FOR?

The Gown rental period is 4 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Additional charges of $100 per day will apply beyond the rental period. Do note that a security deposit of $500 per gown is required upon collection. This will be fully refunded upon return of the gown in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for the return of a damaged gown.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED FOR ALTERATION?

Depending on the degree of alteration, this can take between 3 – 7 working days.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM AN APPOINTMENT?

Once you schedule an appointment, you will be assigned a designer who will guide you through the gown selection process. You’ll receive one-on-one attention for 60 – 90 minutes at your appointment. Our designer will provide styles, silhouettes & sizing advice as well as answer any queries you might have regarding the collaboration packages.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder WhatsApp 48 hours before your appointment. You can reply to WhatsApp to confirm or cancel your appointment.

If we don’t hear from you by 10 am the day before your appointment, we will open it up to another bride. Please note that most weekends have brides waiting for an appointment. We appreciate the courtesy of confirming or canceling as soon as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO AN APPOINTMENT?

We suggest that you come in a nude strapless bra & undergarments if possible. Consider bringing your stick-on bra, shapewear, and shoes to the desired height. You may also want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan to wear your hair up.
